Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Short Form Video Editor to produce engaging videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will take raw footage and turn it into attention-grabbing, high-retention content while maintaining our brand voice and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form vertical videos for social media platforms

• Add captions, graphics, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects

• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips

• Brainstorm content concepts with the team to boost performance

• Meet consistent posting deadlines

• Stay updated with editing styles and platform trends

Requirements

• Full-time availability Monday through Friday

• Proven experience editing short-form content (portfolio required)

• Skilled in one or more editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media aesthetics

• Ability to work independently and follow brand guidelines

• Reliable internet connection with consistent availability

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing for influencers, coaches, or brand pages

• Knowledge of viral trends and content formats

• Basic motion graphics or sound design

Compensation

• Minimum salary of $800/month
